Co-op Building?

Let me start by saying the Sims4 has proven repeatedly to be one of the best games / software for virtual building on the market to this day. It’s free, intuitive, and between the DLC that often goes on sale and free modded assets, you can customise builds to an extent I have yet to find anywhere else. I’ve used this feature not only for real life applications (planning renovations & interior design), but also for building tour-able settings and structures for TTRPGs like Dungeons and Dragons. Extra bonus because you can make player characters and NPCs as sims for visual reference! ;) 

That being said, is there anyway we could get a co-op building mode where more than one person can work on a shared save? Or, perhaps more achievable, the ability to invite others to join a game to temporarily build together while keeping the save on one person’s game?

It would be very helpful and fun!

Smaller requests / ideas: base-game height slider in CAS, a way to favorite items in build mode, and maybe fix the glitch on the androgynous character model (female base) that gives them an odd back ridge like a dinosaur…
