I hadn't thought specifically of a Country Club but I believe the idea has merit. I have worked at two so I can tell you that almost all Country Clubs in the US have these features more or less.

• Ballroom(s) & Meeting Rooms - For event rentals large and small
  • Art Expos
  • Baby Showers 
  • Balls
    • Black & White
    • Masquerades 
    • New Years Eve
  • Charitable Events
  • Golden Anniversaries 
  • Weddings
• Carefully Manicured Landscaping 
• Circular Driveway
• Commercial Kitchen - For Food at the Events, and to service the restaurant 
• The Course -  You could put in a nine hole  
• Driving Range
• Gym
• Locker Rooms
• Pro Shop - "I bet if you buy this hat it will come with a Free Bowl of Soup…but it looks good on you" 
• Putting Green  
• Swimming Pool
• Tennis Court 
• Tournaments
• Trophy Rooms
• Water Feature like a manmade lake or pound
• the 19th Hole 

Country Clubs Charge - This would be good for those who want more things to spend money on in the Sims 

• Greens Fees for Non-Members
