Plushy_Nat this is a common complaint here but unfortunately it's not really under the control of EA and it's not limited to the Sims franchise. Console content is a totally different product to PC content and is not compatible. It's also licensed and sold by different competing companies, Microsoft and Sony. It's not even transferable between PS and Xbox. It's not that EA doesn't allow it, it's not actually possible due to it's format. The base game is free however, but it's DLC from console won't work on a PC.
