Free hair paint mode

Given that we lost much of the previous customization for sims hairs and curremrly have a lack of color swatches (for years) i think having a paint mode would be enough to allow us to create our own colors and dyes. 

It would allow us to have more hair colors taken from a color wheel, add custom dye designs (ombré, balayage, highlights, etc.) to existing hairs, add patterns to it and much more.

This could also be an opportunity to allow people to recreate, for example, their own graying hair and poliosis designs since the game doesn't give us many different and unique graying hair styles and color swatches (only black and brown) and we currently can't make characters with poliosis.

And maybe for hairs with accessories the original swatches could work as the accesories swatches and then we'd choose the hair color with the paint mode, allowing us to finally choose the accessories colors.
