The fastest and easiest way to attain the Health Food Nut lifestyle is too consume only foods that can grow. Making meals is risky cause it seems that you cannot consume anything thing that an animal produces (eggs, anything with milk cause even the plant milk comes from Bessie), Health food nut seems to be a 100% vegan thing?? This makes for "dining out" a challenge too because there have been instances where the food was "mislabeled" in the coding (the way it was programmed). And there are very few dishes that actually trigger this lifestyle.
edit: and for the record; infants/toddlers with the picky eater trait have the same issue. My opinion per my gaming experience.
