Help my 3 spots of traits are missing from The creative sim

So I don’t know what’s going on with my game when I get on the game And want to the create a sim those three missing traits slots are missing and I don’t know because my name is broken so Sims, can you please help me?

I'd be interested in any responses as this sometime happens to me.&nbsp; I haven't worked out why it sometimes happens but not always.

Hellorileyg0405​&nbsp;If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
