amberdsmith0708 the game's age rating of 12 to 13 (depending on location) wouldn't fit with stronger horror themes. Werewolves, Paranormal and Vampire packs are toned down for that reason. The rating specifically states "non-graphic violence". There are other games that cater to this genre but Sims 4 wouldn't really be suitable with it's strict limitations.
