First off, I would like to say Happy Mardi Gras to everyone. Secondly, I don't know if this was mentioned or not, but here it goes. I would love to see a full Mardi Gras Pack set in New Sims...

I wish this could be a well added base game feature since Willow Creek is inspired by New Orleans (that's why i think the cursed lot trait and cemeteries should be base game). I could easily see it being the town's festival and they could add a Cajun recipes/radio and special clothes and a event with goals like you said.
I also wish we could have lots that resembles New Orleans more like the French Quarter (i'm really counting on new lot renovations), and something like voodoo museum and voodoo stalls.
