new update/ refuned

I am so sick of this ever time sims 4 update there is aways an issue. This is a recurring situation Ea wonder why their players are leaving y'all are the **bleep**en issue here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT A REFUNED
