-building stuff for Asian style houses. this can be Chinese and Japanese
There are actually 2 expansion packs specifically focused on Asian cultures.
The first one is Snowy Escape which lets you build Japanese style houses.
The 2nd one is Called For Rent and introduces a Southeast Asian-inspired world.
-also having something that allows you to build what looks like a tree as a house, like in those anime's where the tree is the house not just on a branch of the tree. that would be fun.
In regards to Treehouses in The Sims 4. You can build a Treehouse with The Sims 4 Growing Together Expansion Pack.
