Suggestion for Enhancing the Medical Career

I’d love to see a more realistic hospital in The Sims where Sims can experience a wider range of illnesses and diseases beyond the current system. Adding more in depth health gameplay could really enhance the medical career and make it feel more immersive and dynamic. It would be great if Sims could be diagnosed with specific conditions, undergo tests, and receive various treatments just like in real hospitals. This could also open the door to more challenging and engaging objectives for the medical career path.

A more advanced system could include symptoms that gradually appear, incorrect diagnoses if the wrong tests are performed, and the option to specialize in different areas of medicine such as pediatrics, emergency care, or surgery. Emergency situations like accidents, allergic reactions, or sudden illnesses could also be added to bring more realism and excitement to the career.

Sims visiting the hospital could have more meaningful experiences, such as staying overnight, being treated by multiple doctors, or undergoing surgeries and procedures. Pregnant Sims could have prenatal appointments and potential complications, making childbirth gameplay deeper and more impactful. There could also be thoughtful inclusion of mental health features like therapy and counseling.

Overall, expanding the medical system in this way could make the game feel more connected to real life and offer a richer, more rewarding experience for players who enjoy realistic and career based gameplay.
