They definitely should've backported some things to those packs, but saying they are now "legacy content" and outmoded by businesses and hobbies is completely ridiculous. B&H is not a retail pack, it's not a restaurant pack, and it's not a vet clinic pack- Retail is BARELY possible with it and requires many mods to even come close (source: I've made about 12 myself), and the other two are just plain not even remotely possible with B&H. Those packs aren't left behind, they still have the value they already had even with B&H installed.
