Why don't we have tweens in the Sims 4?!

I find that there are too many child stages already. Newborns, infants , toddlers, children, teens. That's already too much. If anymore life stages are added, It would make more sense for them to be adult. Newborn till teens equals 19 years. Young adults to Elder , equals 60+ years.
That's not even a full child stage newborn-toddler is the baby stage, child, preteen and teen is the growing up stage, YA and A and I would like to add Middle Aged or a Senior Lifestage then Elder then Death that's a full realistic lifestage.
