What's the correlation between a feminine walk and a model walk and why would "model" walk be better?- Heddelviven3 years agoNew Ace
I feel like 'feminine' walk isn't necessarily a sexist word.
It's a style of walking that is commonly associated with females. That's it.
That doesn't mean anyone else can't use it.
Even non-binary people use the words masculine and feminine to describe their clothes/styles etc.

But why "Model" walk and why is it better (as stated in your OP). I'm just curious about your use of the word model in this context. - jpkarlsen3 years agoHero (Retired)
I don't know why it should be "model" walk either feminine walk bears no resemblance to how models go down a catwalk. By the way feminine walk comes from the fact that females have wider hips than males especially after giving birth and that gives the distinctive walk style.

Nothing sexist about "feminine walk" - it describes how a female walks and this is due to the hip bones being completely different to male hip bones.
It's just how the human body is constructed.
