Adding Removed Households

Hi everyone, I would greatly appreciate any help. After the update, the game deleted several households (Pre-made, Custom made) (Both played and unplayed households) I am in the process of adding them back, however i cannot add certain relationships to some families/households. I have tried saving sims separately, adding them straight from my library, and add new family. I am playing on console if that matters. When this happened the first time, it was when the “For Rent” bug occurred so I am on the second version of my save file.
