[ARCHIVED] Gallery Connection Troubleshooting/ Status: Online

I am using the EA launcher instead of Origin and I cannot connect my Sims 4 gallery online to access lots to place in vacant spots. My computer is hardwire connected and it's only the Sims 4 that isn't connecting. So far all of the posts I've found on this site are assuming Origin as the launcher but I've "upgraded" to the new launcher. 

Help!

@curlgirl121 The basic troubleshooting steps are the same. Have you tried the suggestions in the first post ?
