Aspiration Goal Font Too Small

What happens when the bug occurs?
The font on the left with the goal is fine. The font on the right that tracks the progress of money goal amount is way too tiny.
What do you expect to see? Consistent font size that is easier to read.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
First noticed after June 2020 / Eco Lifestyle patch.
I have adjusted the accessibility in game options to highest level without going in the red.
My PC display resolution is 1920x1080 (recommended).
Game graphics type / resolution Windowed at 1600x850 which works best for my needs.
Tested adjusting game resolutions but this does not solve the issue because the proportion in font size does not change.
