my existing sims have turned black and hot pink. can y'all not make the players the game testers and test things before you release them?

there's an existing thread for black sims you can use: Black Sims (Lost texture after Patch 1.116.223/1.25) | EA Forums - 12332388 if your Sims turned black after the update.
As for pink Sims, could you please post a picture of that ? Are you using custom skin normally ?
What platform are you playing on ?
could you provide a pic of your pink Sims ?
