Help I'm trying to get skin details on my sims body i.e back/chest moles and stretch marsk(shown in picture). I know there's a skin detail category on the body section. But it won't show up for my sims(shown in picture). Does anyone know why the skin detail category isn't showing?
Stretch marks are in the base game I think and show up in one of the body skin details categories but yeah the moles aren't base game.

Plz let me know if you find a solution the same thing is happening to me that I'm missing the skin details and medical wearables tabs for the body. I've checked all my mods and haven't found that they caused any issues and I have all the packs so it's not pack-specific either.
The hearing aids are classed as earrings so search that category for them. I believe the other medical wearables are in a body section somewhere. If the medical category isn't coming up, I don't know what they are classed as specifically. But I know hearing aids are in earrings
