Bonus items missing

I just pre ordered today the new sims 4 expansion life and death and the bonus items aren’t showing in my game.

i play on PS5 and actually purchased the game pack on my PS account but on another console as this was a gift I’m not sure that matters, the dlc is set to download to my main console upon release

Any help appreciated as I love the pre order items look thanks
