Bug with my house

I've been having trouble with my Sims' house. I can't leave when she's inside or enter when she's outside, and other Sims can't enter either. I've locked the door and then unlocked it, but it still won't work. She also does this when i try to use something inside the house. I´ve rencently started playing the game so i don´t understand what it means.
