Businesses and Hobbies, not got pre order bonus items

Hello everyone, just wanted to ask, it says that if you buy the sims pack businesses and hobbies before April that you can still get the pre order items, the statue, display case, and lamp. But I purchased it at the beginning of March and never got those items, is there a reason why it didn't work? I have the sims on PlayStation 5
