Bust the dust + Off-the-grid = horror

Hello everyone! ❤️

I recently had my fun from the game killed quickly, after I realised that once chosen the 'off-the-grid' type of lot - my house would get messy (Bust the Dust Kit) and I am not able to clean it. When I chose an option to live without any electricity and water I would die in mess, with a few little dust bunnies looking at the horror. 

Is there any possibility to add some type of a sweeper, or even a broom, maybe a mop either to clean the floor manual way? Most of my households are provided with electricity so cleaning isn't an issue, but some lots (especially those in the Island Living or Cottage Living game packs) are all good to live without electricity or running water, but the kit has to be disabled instead of having just a little more work to do to keep the place clean.

    @OhGodItsDemi Hi!  I don't have BTD because I just don't want to torture my sims any more than necessary.  However, in addition to the handheld vac, as @jpkarlsen suggested, I wondered if you could add a solar panel or two just for cleaning.  Either way, I do find it odd that a handheld vac should work off-grid and that there were no brooms or dusters added for the kit.

    Maybe handheld vacuum will solve this issue, yet I find it still sort of sad, that having no electricity at home - you know, like the old way, somewhere far from "the world" I don't have an opportunity to clean home with pretty basic stuff. Exactly, as you said "I do find it odd that a handheld vac should work off-grid and that there were no brooms or dusters added for the kit." - bingo 🙂
