Bust the Dust Keep Activating even though it's disabled.
The workaround is to go to the menu and then enable it, apply settings, and then disable it, and apply again. But why is this happening?

Repairing the game may help. Also try clearing the cache files and see if that helps.

If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
