Can’t Change “Special Venue” Lot Type

I’m trying to place the Summer Festival from the gallery (I’m on console) into the Central Park lot in the city, but it’s telling me the lot type is disabled for special venues.

Ive googled this issue and found it was a bug in relation to them, and they said it had been fixed, but am I able to change this lot type now? Or is it permanently fixed to be a Park? Is the lot broken, or intentionally locked?

I really really want the summer festival to be an active venue!

@EuphorialQueenOkay, that makes sense. I didn’t build it, however. I placed it, as is, from the xbox community library. Because I do not have a photo to share, I shared a speed build of what the lot looks like, simply for a visual purpose. I tried changing the lot type from, “Central Park” to something else, but I do not have the option to. Though all the information presented by you all is valuable for unique instances, it seems like this one is a mystery for sure. I appreciate your assistance!

@MzMelonz, we are glad to help you, even if we couldn't get people to actually come to that particular park. I wish I could check it out, but I'm on a PC so I can't access console builds, sadly. ☹️ But at least we know what you are talking about! :eahigh_file:
You could try to present your problem to the designer (I think his name was Yorkie) if you have access to that in the Xbox community library. Or you could post a message on his speed build if you are on YouTube. No guarantees he replies, but it couldn't hurt! 😇
