Issue with recovery

I'm having a problem trying to recover as I have been looking on Youtube and information anywhere I can find but I'm not giving a clear answer some people give it a way too long and trying to give it detailed when really it's not and it just makes it more confusing i'm working on this on a laptop so there's only so little I can do that I can't do on a computer. I was trying to play one of my games and I accidentally deleted the whole entire game which means I can't reload one of the previous save files because the whole entire game itself is gone! So I decided to maybe I can recreate the game in a new game but one of the main households in that game that I created that was in my personal library I accidentally deleted it and now I can't figure out a way to recover that household. So if anyone has any great ideas that is a lot more easier to explain because I am somebody with dyslexia here, And everyone makes it harder and it's making it way too difficult to explain everything So if anyone has any great ideas to at least recover my game so I can regain access to the household or if anyone can figure out a way for me to re access the household that would be real appreciated
