So my game and computer are completely up to date and I have purchased the Growing Together pack, but I am unable to access the new infant update. I’ve tried restarting my laptop & the EA app, reinstalling sims 4, and tried app recovery but it’s still not working
@pantherche121 What game version do you see in-game? Please load to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look in the lower-right area or along the bottom of the screen. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.

@pantherche121 When you say you're "unable to access the infant update," what exactly do you mean? Infants not appearing in-game is a known mod-related issue:
If other content is missing, please list it. And make sure that the content is in fact supposed to be in the base game rather than part of the Growing Together expansion.
So I am having the same issue with infants and I have purchased growing together. So we can’t have ANY mods downloaded if we want infants? Also, with other missing content, it IS from the growing together pack. I have contacted EA, and did everything they asked me to do, but nothing helped. Maybe you know or have heard of what can help, but the world of San Seqouia is blank.. like a white screen. What can I do to access the world? I have access to all of the CAS and Build items.

Restart your computer and repair the game. Then with all mods and custom content removed, see whether the content from Growing Together is present. Please let me know about both the items and the world.
No one is saying people need to play without mods or custom content in order to access infants. But the infants update did break many mods and a lot of cc, so it's necessary to find updated versions of the content in order to avoid breaking the game.
