Cannot Transfer Household Funds to Business Funds & Other Issues

I previously owned and downloaded the "Romantic Garden," "Backyard," and "My First Pet" Stuff Packs; "Holiday Celebration" and "Cats & Dogs" Packs to my base game via EA. All features worked well with these additions and my Vet Clinics had no issues with fund transfer, item selling in build mode sending funds to the business funds or being able to sell the business. I recently added and downloaded the "Discover University," "Get To Work," "Growing Together," and "Seasons" expansion packs via Steam. I was able to purchase the business (Vet Clinic) with no issues. Now, the issue is that I cannot get business functions other than purchasing the business to work. I cannot transfer Household Funds to my Business funds. When I attempt to sell the business, it will not go through, and the sale price continues to double in amount. I cannot open the business as there is no money in the business, and any time I try to buy or sell an item in build mode it will not transfer to the business funds or my household funds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and add-ons to try to fix the issue, and I've also verified the integrity of the files.
