Can't buy some rental lots.

Hi there, I recently bought "For Rental" and I find myself unable to buy some rental lots. I have not tried in many other locations yet, but I cannot buy the Rental Lots in "Uptown" "San Myshuno". ...

    There's the one standalone lot you can convert to rentals... on the wharf.  To my knowledge there is no workaround for the other lots.

The San Myshuno apartments are not for sale. Not sure why you'd make a landlord a family member because that eliminates them as the NPC landlord.
