Can't Create/Edit Sims in CAS

Yes, this is just a random sim. I cannot edit, make changes or anything in CAS. It's only letting me rotate. 

Would I need to reinstall? It would suck on my end, but idk what else to do.

Have you repaired your game through EA app yet ?

I have, multiple times. I even did a reinstall, and It's still unplayable. Not quite sure what to do. I'm operating on a higher end gaming rig and have never had issues like this before.

I've also cleared the cache folder. I don't have any mods installed.
