Can't invite sims to events?

Recently, I haven't been able too invite any of my sims friends to events. I tried to invite my sims friends too their wedding (I don't have Wedding Stories) and my sims have a high friendship bar with many sims but their profiles didn't show up when i tried to invite them, only 1 other sims and the groom would be showing, It happened again when i tried to invite sims to a birthday party. I only have two script mods, MCC and Ui extension but they are all updated with no MCC exeptions and this problem has never happened before with these mods. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just my mods?
