Can't load save game

I have been trying to fix this issue for a week now. I regret updating my game. I updated mods and cc. I removed Mods folder. I deleted localthumbcache and avatarcache. I deleted UI mods. I repaired at least twice. I'm at wits end now and fresh out of suggestions. I can enter my last save with vanilla folder but I still get an LE. 

Anyone else?
