Can't plant new plants

Occurred after update

Since updating none of my Sims have been able to plant new plants. Normal Sim gets no options when selecting a plant. Sitting on the ground on my Colt Sim is only offered magical options such as duplicating and fire but get no option to actually plant the object

could you please provide the following info:

- Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?

Reloading the game fixed it
