Can't play my save game

Update :
- I followed the How to troubleshoot and test a broken game instructions
- I can visit the lot with another household
- I saved my household to my gallery, started a new game, upload my household when in CAS; same problem when loading to the house
- I have the following files : .save / ver0 / ver1 / ver2 / ver3 / ver4
.save -> I can resume game but the problem still occurs
all the ver files -> I can only start a new game
deborahnys the ver files are backups, they will not load. Move the file that ends .save to the desktop or somewhere outside of the saves folder then remove .ver0 from the backup. That backup should now load. Do you still have the same problem? If so repeat for the other backups.
It does sound like there is an issue on the lot. Moving your thread to the Gameplay issues forum for better troubleshooting, it doesn't seem like a Mac specific issue currently.
