Can't Set Wedding People because "date has been declared as friendly only"

My Sims cannot set her family sims as any of the wedding people, because it thinks they are on a date. I don't know if it might work for other sims because I haven't tried yet. I did have my sims go on a "double date", meaning I set up a date and added the other sims as guests, so they were all on a date at one point, but the date ended. And while they were on the date, I never set it to friendly only. I tried looking to see if someone else had this issue, but I couldn't find anything on it.
