Can't zoom into basement past ground level (video)
In the 20-second or so video, I am trying to get to the foundation level, but the camera keeps jumping to the ground level. I can get to ground level with shift + tab and in free camera mode, but both sims4 camera and sims 3 camera keep jumping to ground level.
I already updated the .ini file IgnoreLotLevel to true but that doesn't seem to make any changes. Any tips to correct this? Or a mod that overhauls the camera in sims 4?

ok, it looks like I am too blame. when I changed the ini file line IgnoreLotLevel back to false, the camera jumped over the wall and went back down to the ground floor.
