Caravan Trailer Missing

How often does the bug occur? Unsure? Started this morning, but haven't searched for them for quite some time.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Jungle Adventure, Cottage Living, Island Living, get famous, Seasons, City Living, Get To Work, Werewolves, Desert Luxe, Decor To the Max, Romantic Garden, Movie Hangout, Blooming Rooms, Incheon Arrivals, Industrial Loft, Fashion Street, Courtyard Oasis, Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Vampires, Get Out
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search for trailers. If you find them, please tell me where they are because they are not where Sims 4 forums and videos say they are.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot find the trailers to make a caravan.
What do you expect to see? The Caravan trailers using cheat codes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I use cheats bb.showliveeditobjects and bb.showhiddenobjects. Neither one produces the trailers for caravans. Unsure where to go next.
