I have no idea what's happened; About 3 days ago I started a game and my CAS was fine, but now whenever I try to enter CAS, everything appears blank except for the sim in the center, and the UI in the top right. When I try using the UI, it doesn't work. Below I'm attaching screenshots.
i had issue like yours as well! i did per row check and what causes my CAS to be blank was because of cc presets (eyes, nose, and lips from nothernsiberiawinds, simtonee, and euno) and also trait mods even though they are up to date idk why BE would flag it as broken all the time which is frustrating! i started to encountered blank CAS problem starting from the july update until now. so i would recommed you to remove preset cc and also traits mods if you have any.

These are all the UI exceptions I find, also, I had already tried taking out my mods/cc and playing to see if it fixed anything, and it did not.
