CAS edits not saving

I edited a few of my sims in CAS and the changes I had made to each sim did not save after exiting CAS. CAS was also making random changes to my sims on its own, like changing the hair style randomly or randomizing outfits after I had already chosen outfits for this sim. 

never cc or mods

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing ?
    • Did you get these Sims through Cupid's Corner ?

    I am not using any mods/cc, I am playing on PC, and I did not get the sims through Cupid's Corner.

    Does this happen every time when you edit someone in CAS ? Was it the same Sims the game made changes too ? Are you actively playing them or rotational gameplay ?
