Cas is Keeping Loading and Gallery is Not Working

Yesterday, while playing Sims, I opened the CAS screen, edited my Sims and played my game. I didn't experience any problems. But today, when I logged in, the CAS screen never opened; it just kept loading. During this time, I didn't add any extra mods or CC. So I didn't do anything different. Also, when I click to download a house or character from the gallery, the description page never opens. So I can't download anything or add it to my library. Has anyone else experienced these issues? What can I do?
