CAS Issues

I was making a woman, and I see duplicate clothes and some of them changed her body. Later, I tried to give her light grey eyes, but then they turned back to brown. 

On another note, some clothes, accessories, and even every other category you can think of, distorts the body, changes the color of things, and more.
