CAS Sculpting bugged?

After the 150 fixes update i attempted to play Sims 4, but noticed that sculpting in CAS felt sticky and jagged, i tried with and without mods and i am at a loss, it has been a while since i played Sims 4 but the sculpting wasn't THIS bad, right? My game runs smoothly with no issues but the only thing that feels off is the CAS, anyone else having similar issues?

    Good news

    I had the courage to try refresing my user folder and now CAS is smooth again, and i kept my event items this time! Thank you for suggesting a fresh user folder <3

    there was a similar report for specific hairstyles. Does that make a difference for you ?

    Did you try a game repair and a fresh user folder yet ?

    I could try putting on other hairstyles and sculpting the sim if that's what you mean ^^''

    I did verify integrity of game files and this is on a fresh save, and i had deleted localthumbcache as well, but i didn't try a fresh user folder in fear of losing my event items, last time i made a fresh user folder every reward disappeared.
