CAS won’t enter for custom tattoo.

Is anyone having issues with the CAS not working with the custom tattoo? Anytime I click on a customer or an employee and offer tattoo I’ll click the option to enter create a sim and the tattooist just starts doing the tattoo action but no tattoo. Same thing for any other create a sim action with the tattooing. 

I don’t use mods, I have one folder for cc for hair and clothes and it’s only 34 files from one creator and I took it out and repaired game and it didn’t fix it.

    I’m having the same issue, also if I click the other option to give a tattoo without entering cas, the game just freezes and I have to Alt F4 to save and exit.


    I have mods and cc but I have removed them, deleted the localthumbcache and repaired the game and it’s still happening.

    Try the following

    - Close the game
    - Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    - Repair the game
    - Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
    - Start a new save game
    - Check if you still have the error
    - Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
