Cats and dogs expansion pack
I bought Sims 4 expansion pack - Cats & Dogs and had to redownload EA App but have lost the ability to add the expansion pack. whenever i try to add the keys it tells me that the game has already been redeemed

Thanks, if you've purchased a code that's already been redeemed, you'd need to contact the retailer directly for a refund or replacement code.
