CC not showing in game

Okay so whenever I download cc I put it in a folder which has the name of the date I downloaded those cc just in case if any cc is breaking my game I can remove it. They showed up in the game perfectly fine and then I decided to remove them from the folder. When I did that half of my cc stopped showing in the game. Why?

Mods and CC go in the Mods folder. You can create subfolders there to better manage them but for script mods only one level deeper. They need to stay there in order to work.
