I was playing the quest last weekend when it unexpectedly closed. I looked at the Quests page and it was saying Thanks for playing! You've reached the end of the event. That was Oct 18/19. I tried logging out and back in. Then I had something else to do, so I got off the game. Trying again today and it still says the Forever Friends event has ended, but I can see rewards I didn't earn, and I was still actively trying to play the quests when it started saying it ended. I thought it would be open until Nov 3rd. The counter on the event page even still says there are 8 days left.
which tasks did you still have ? The optional ones disappear once you've done the none optional ones.
