I am having issues trying to Return to Sylvan Glade. I have repaired my game, different child, different family, clean user folder, new save and reset the computer a few times, removed the file and I am still having issues. No matter what I do, I can't even get past the second task. I click the tree with the toy in the inventory but I only get the view option. I have tried using a different child and I still get the same option. The only thing I haven't tried is completing removing and adding the whole game back.
Edit: It was user error. I didn't realise the tree isn't open for all the sims just the sim you were using
