Community Gardens - Issue Plants not Growing + Easy Solution.

Yeah, it's a huge pet peeve of mine that plants on community lots don't grow or there are empty planters around- like in Cottage Living, there are empty planters with nothing growing on them near where the cow/chicken competitions are held. And lots that have hen houses never actually have chickens in them. People live on these lovely little farms that end up looking unkempt and dead ☹️
