Conflicts with relationships and fans

Hi! I have a question, is it possible to make a sim stop being fan of another? 

It’s driving me nuts that my active sim is famous, and his lover (max relationship and friendship bar, incredible compatibility) is his fan 🙄

My sim has the No Touching fame quirk, which make him dislike his own lover 😬 he also dislike his own old friends because they are his “fans” 

I think this is an error and a conflict between quirks and relationships (?) how is it possible they dislike their friends/lovers? They are not supposed to be fans 🤷🏻‍♂️

Is there any solution to this? (Apart from deleting the quirk or stop being famous)

(If by cheats I remove the quirk, it just pop up again because of the physical intimacy between a famous and a “fan”)
