Constant Fighting at Owned Business

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything BUT Batuu, Strangerville, and the free guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sims will not stop fighting at my business.
What happens when the bug occurs? Non-stop fighting at owned reatil business.
What do you expect to see? Not fighting every 5 seconds.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This started happening 2 weeks ago, before the latest update. I have already went to every single individual world and made sure none of them have Rough Housing NAP and they do not. It is also not Neighborhood Brawl day. This is a constant issue and is keeping me from running my businesses. The sims will fight non-stop.
I have already cleared the cache per the instructions provided by EA Help. I have even posted in Facebook Sims groups and found that other people that have never used mods before are also experiencing this issue in there businesses.
Loaded the house next to your business to check on the active NAPs in that hood and Roughhousing IS active
Just revoke ti and the issue should go away.
